Term 2 Week 2

Welcome to another fun week in Year 4! Remember there is a pupil-free day this Friday 9th May so you don't have to come to school. This week's NEWS topic is about a movie you have seen recently. Make sure you are prepared for this. Here are your spelling rules, dictation and handwriting passages for this week. Mothers Day stall is on this Wednesday! Bring your money so you can buy something to spoil Mum. Enjoy your week :)

Handwriting Passage for Week 2:
When I wheeze, I also sneeze.  Give him his freedom by degrees.  With stealth and good health he accumulated a lot of wealth.  I am in heaven when I eat unleavened bread.  The heavy weapon rested on the wall of the homestead.  They have a new recruit in the pursuit of youths.  Pass the conduit with the wires through the hole.  I will have to sluice the juice off my new suit.
Dictation Passage for Week 2:
Gran likes toffee with her coffee.  The peewee ate a beetle.  I began to sweat when he made the threat.  It is a pleasure to measure the weight of the treasure.  Your suit looks like a bag of fruit.  I got a bruise on the cruise.  It is such a nuisance to have to train these raw recruits.
