Happy St Patrick's Day everyone! This week's spelling rules, handwriting passage and dictation passage are below. Remember to practise your speech on your favourite meal to present this week. You might like to make green pancakes or toffees at home and talk about that.

I must get in touch with my young cousin.  That couple of boys spell double trouble!  I do not have the courage to change the colour of my hair.  Be prepared in case the fire flares up again.  Are you aware that the hardware shop has shut? The canary had better beware of the cat.  The architect glared at the plan and said, “This design is too square”.

Dictation Passage for Week 8:

1.            We catch crayfish in our dam.

2.            When will you repay me?

3.            Maybe you can come on Sunday.

4.            Use your crayons to make a good display.
